Beer Kits

Beer brewing kits are one of the easiest ways of brewing beer at home: all you need to do is add the contents of the kit to a fermentation vessel, add any extra sugar if needed, pitch the supplied yeast and in two week's time, you'll have up to 40 pints of home brewed beer, ready to be bottled or put into a pressure barrel.

Beer brewing Kits fall into two main categories; single-can (budget) kits which require extra sugar, and two-can (premium) kits which don't. Single can beer kits work out cheaper if you just use household sugar, however, the flavour will suffer, so it's best to use beer kit enhancer or preferably, malt extract. Two-can beer making kits will generally make a better quality beer, but don't underestimate the single-can kits, some of them produce some phenomenal beer!

We stock a range of beer kits, including BrewBuddy, Coopers, Festival, Geordie, John Bull, Milestone, Muntons, Simply, St Peter's & Woodorde's.

Don't forget to have a look at our brewing equipment section for all the ancillaries and brewing supplies you will need to brew beer at home.
