Brewing Sugar (1kg)

Brewing sugar is made of dextrose, which yeast can ferment more easily than sucrose (table sugar). Using dextrose results in a faster fermentation, with a smoother taste than using ordinary sugar. For beer kits, we recommend using either Beer Kit Enhancer (a mix of maltose and dextrose) or for the best results, dry or liquid malt extract.
