Chocolate Malt - Crushed 500g


The name chocolate malt really applies to the colour of this grain, as it takes on a rich brown tone, during the kilning process, although it will also add dark chocolate flavours when used in quantity. Great for adding colour, flavour and body to stouts, porters and dark milds, Chocolate malt adds complex vanilla and caramel flavours, with some chocolate notes.

Can be steeped when brewing with malt extract.
