Fermentation Stopper (Potassium Sorbate)

Fermentation stopper (wine stabiliser) can be used to stop the fermentation at a specific gravity, so that you have a sweet rather than dry wine. Fermentation stopper should also be used with any wine after fermentation has completed, to ensure that fermentation doesn't start back up again if the wine is sweetened, or once bottled. Contains Potassium Sorbate.
