HA 1001 High Alcohol & Restart yeast

A good all-round strain, promoting body and structure. For use with red or white high-alcohol wines, port, sherry, etc.

This yeast has a high alcohol tolerance (18%) so can be used for dessert-style wines, spirits and for restarting stuck fermentations.

Alcohol ceiling: 18%.
Foaming: Low.

For use in up to 23 litres (5 gallons)
