Kwick Clear is a two-part fining, suitable for wine, beer, cider, mead, spirits, etc. Part A (Kieselsol) is added first, at the rate of 1-2ml per 4.5 litres /1 gallon. Stir in, then wait at least 30 minutes, before adding Part B (Gelatin), again at the rate of 1-2ml per 4 litres/1 gallon. Stir well than leave for 24-72 hours to clear.
