Mangrove Jack's MA33 is a special strain of yeast which has the ability to metabolise 30-35% of Malic acid in your wine or cider. It is perfect for Country wines or cider made from cooking apples, which are naturally high in acid. It produces fruity esters and a soft fruit character.

Ferment at 18-28°C

For use in up to 23 litres (5 gallons)
